Rick Catalano is the Founder and Managing Member of Platinum PMO, LLC, a software, consulting and education company helping organizations implement their digital transformation initiatives. As a Digital Transformation Delivery Executive, Rick has used his 25+ years’ experience jumpstarting implementation success for mid-size to Fortune 500 industry leaders. His program and project management abilities have propelled the successful launch of dozens of digitally-enabled transformations for clients around the world– driving process improvements and profit growth.

He has successfully led and implemented large-scale, multi-million-dollar global implementations including custom-built applications, systems integration across multiple technology platforms and change management. His industry expertise spans a variety of industries including consumer and industrial products, oil & gas, utilities, retail & fashion, aerospace & defense and publishing spanning the entire value chain.

As a program leader, Rick is known as a strong mentor and coach that will motivate his people to overcome obstacles. He brings out the best in his teams in terms of efficiency and effectiveness and has developed skills to handle the complexities of multi-location, multi-cultural global implementations.

Rick is also the visionary architect behind the state-of-the-art Digital Transformation Implementation Platform, AMIGO– the all-in-one platform that connects all of the people, processes and functions a company needs to deliver their Enterprise Digital Transformations on time, on budget and with the value promised in their business case.

Rick has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and holds accreditations from the Program Management Institute as a certified Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional as well as Digital Transformation Professional accreditations from CXO Transformation.

He is considered an outstanding program leader; a natural motivator and a change agent who strives to drive proactive transformation and achieve quantum leaps in productivity and efficiencies. Rick is a father of three adult children and resides with his wife, Cheryl in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.





Benjamin Bennett began his marketing career while attending college, working for the Office of Public Relations doing graphic design and website development. The Dot Com Boom brought him to Tulsa, OK full time working for BMC Advertising, as part of their newly minted “interactive” arm.

Post Dot Com Bust, Mr. Bennett began a small marketing firm that he worked with varied clients in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Non-Profit, Sports, Music, Film, and Political for over 10 years. He then ventured to Oklahoma City to work with Chesapeake Energy for their Digital Transformation (SAP/ERP) within the Project Management Office.

Post project, Mr. Bennet headed a tech stack startup that focused on marketing over WiFi networks that built upon internal portal frameworks and made more robust, attractive models for marketing revenue generation for their clients.

Mr. Bennett is a former musician, cycling enthusiast, enjoys his daily workouts, and a good rave/edm show every now and again.
