Rick has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and holds accreditations from the Program Management Institute as a certified Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional as well as Digital Transformation Professional accreditations from CXO Transformation.

He is considered an outstanding program leader; a natural motivator and a change agent who strives to drive proactive transformation and achieve quantum leaps in productivity and efficiencies. 

Rick is a father of three adult children and resides with his wife, Cheryl in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
